Yurt camping holidays in Ireland. If you have a yurt camping site relating to Ireland and you would like to see it featured on this page then please email camp@campingmobilehomesholidays.co.uk
I hesitated to write this page because though I'm sure there are some people/companies in Ireland who offer Yurt camping holidays and/or mini breaks it is rather difficult to source any from the Search Engines at present. There are stacks ocf company websites offering ordinary camping holidays but no Yurt camping holidays in the first few pages of Google. Hopefully there are some somewhere and when one or two of them read all this they may be tempted into mailing me so we can bring them into the light, so to speak. ********** Situated in north Leitrim in one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas of Ireland, Teapot Lane offers a unique holiday experience. Less than 5 miles from the Donegal and Sligo border, you can choose from 4 stunning sandy beaches and an abundance of mountain trails.
Teapot Lane is snuggled in a beautiful woodland location surround by stunning views of Benwhisken and the famous Benbulben mountains. Comprising of two beautifully restored country cottages on 5 acres this luxury eco retreat also offers 3 stunning yurts with double beds and woodburning stoves. Yurts come with access to selfcatering facilities in the cottages and campfire and bbq areas nestled among the trees which are lit up at night with torches and fairy lights.
Our luxury yurt accommodation provides the opportunity to sleep under canvas but with all the comforts of a hotel room. Surrounded by woodland and beautiful scenery, it is a perfect holiday for those who want to get back to nature in a peaceful beauty spot! Holistic therapy's and activity packages are also on offer.
We have been fortunate to stumbel across a lovely website which offers Yurt camping holidays in Cape Chléire, Ireland’s southernmost Irish speaking inhabited island. The island is 3miles long by 1 mile wide and lies 8 miles off the coast of West Cork. The Fastnet Lighthouse stands 3 miles west of the island so we are pretty isolated to say the least, and great for those seeking "get away from it all holidays"
Just to prove Google wrong for once I popped next door where I found a link to Neck of the Woods owned by a young lady called Natalie Irvine on the first page of Yahoo UK. Natalie in in Northern Ireland and has a Yurt which she rents out
